Practicing the Mysore style of the Ashtanga yoga is the journey of knowing your self.

It must be hard to understand if you are new for the Mysore style as it's totally different from the other yoga classes which you follow the teacher's postures. You have to remember the sequence, practice yourself and also need to pay attention to your breath and alignment. It sounds not easy,right? But that's the main reason we practice the Ashtanga yoga. If you want to change better yourself, it coudn't be easy.

I know so many people who has never changed their mind and body after so many years of going to yoga classes and I was the one of them. We can't make ourselves better without effort. Only practiicing everyday with lots of effort and full of passion brings us to the other steps of the life.

It doesn't matter if you don't have any experience of yoga, physical flexibility or how old you are. You need only the mind flexibility and passion for changing yourself better!
